Purpose:
It is used for extrusion and needling test of batteries and battery modules to simulate and detect local thermal runaway or internal short circuit that may be caused by extrusion pressure or external object puncture of battery products.
During the test process, extrusion pressure, extrusion stroke, puncture force, puncture stroke, battery surface temperature and battery voltage change curve are collected synchronously in real time. The extrusion pressure or puncture force that the product may withstand in actual use is simulated in the laboratory; It can meet the battery extrusion and puncture test requirements of monomers or small modules in various standards.
The power battery extrusion & acupuncture testing machine is used to simulate various types of power lithium batteries in the transportation, storage and use process, the battery is squeezed or needled, and the battery is artificially presented in the different conditions that may occur when the battery is squeezed by strong external forces or sharp needles.
The equipment in use, once the battery fire or explosion should be able to absolutely ensure personal safety and no harm to the test site.

Ia mempunyai fungsi pemantauan video dan boleh menyimpan video secara automatik dan menghasilkan semula proses ujian.

A device that is installed into the battery module frame and can efficiently simulate the expansion force of the battery core. It can continuously output alternating loads or stable loads and quickly evaluate the fatigue strength of the module frame structure. For double-row battery modules, it supports dual motor linkage control (that is, placing 2 sets of test equipment in the frame to synchronously control the load of each equipment). The equipment is driven by a motor, and a load is applied to the profiling block through a reducer, transmission mechanism, etc. to simulate the cell expansion force.

Application

This Battery Test Equipment is used for the acupuncture/extrusion test of the battery/battery pack, simulates the detection of locat themal runaway of internal short circuit that may be caused by the extrusion force or foreign object penetration of the battery product.

Penguji Litar Pintas Bateri Kawalan Suhu RS-6003C-4 menyepadukan pelbagai keperluan dan reka bentuk standard ujian litar pintas bateri, mengikut keperluan standard peranti litar pintas mesti mematuhi julat rintangan C ≤ 5mo, untuk mendapatkan keperluan ujian arus litar pintas maksimum; Sebagai tambahan kepada reka bentuk talian peranti litar pintas mesti dapat menahan kesan arus tinggi, jadi kami memilih untuk menggunakan kerja kontaktor magnet DC sub-gred dan terminal semua tembaga dan bahagian C pengaliran arus plat tembaga, papan tembaga lebar dan tebal berkesan meningkatkan kesan pelesapan haba supaya peranti litar pintas arus tinggi lebih selamat, mengurangkan kehilangan peralatan ujian dengan berkesan untuk memastikan ketepatan data ujian.
